Calling people pathetic piece of shit murderers in the name of ethical values doesn’t make any damn sense and claiming you are “militant vegan” and “militant straight edge” is synonymous with saying “I’m a militant douche bag who listens to too much Earth Crisis.” Oh, wait, your about-me actually says that. This Carson dude is either a troll or an idiot, but let’s be real. You stopped affiliating with the vegan straight edge because you stopped giving a shit. You cared more about being fashionable than about being ethical. You value social standing over any kind of ideals, which is why you never stopped buying Nikes (not even vegan, for fuck’s sake), it’s why you became the same hardcore kid caricature you and I used to talk shit on, defending that Agitator bullshit, it’s why this time last year you actually thought you were fucking hardline when people in Richmond were pretending to bring it back. You started to distance yourself because you realized that your current social circle wasn’t mostly vegan anymore and you backed out slowly. You’re also pretty high on my “Who’s Gonna Sell Out Next?” list, so start hanging with drunk punks early enough and you might win me ten bucks.

You said it was because you had some epiphany at the threshold of maturity, that you realized that your ideals were just fads, but we both know that’s not what happened. You didn’t grow up, you got lonely and you cracked. It’s whatever, we all called it, nothing of value was lost, etc., but at least show some god damn backbone and own up to the fact that you change depending on your current surroundings. Don’t try to blame your weak ass soft servery on troll blogs and Earth Crisis.
